About a month ago, Preciosa faced a dire situation when she was evicted from her home by her owner, who shockingly abandoned her on the street after beating her.
During a time of heavy snowfall, she relied on the compassion of strangers to survive, often seen gazing longingly at the place she once called home. In a small town, she wandered through alleys in search of food and shelter, feeling lost and forlorn.
On one such search, Preciosa was attacked, leaving her with a broken thigh. Unable to walk, she had to be dragged along the street by kind passersby. Fortunately, with support from Paws Show, Preciosa was rushed to a veterinarian for urgent care.
She underwent surgery and remained under medical supervision for two days. The procedure was successful and marked the start of her recovery journey.
Fifteen days later, Preciosa began taking small, cautious steps as advised by her doctor. Her wounds were healing well, and she showed remarkable signs of progress. A month after her ordeal, Preciosa had fully recovered.
Her playful and affectionate nature shone through, and she blossomed into a healthy and beautiful companion, thanks in part to the generous help of a sponsor.
